The one on the bottom fits the back of the hub. That middle one is loose everywhere else.
The only thing I can think of is that the middle one is for a different style hub and is just included in the kit.

I dunno about 44's, but it the wheel bearing and seal kit for my 60 there's extra seals in it. They included the different seals that are used in different ones for different manufactures.

One time I got pissed off and hit a junkyard 44 with a hammer, on the hub. The drive flange would no longer come out.

Look at an exploded parts diagram. There's only 1 seal in a hub.

theres just one seal per side dude. and make sure you bang that dent out so the hub easily slides in. or else you will hate life when trying to get it out

Id heat it up first too, wouldnt want that bent section snapping off trying to bend back. If I knew more about metallurgy, I could comment about how forged metal moves differently then mild plate metal. :dunno:
