tim had a good point about CT, anything west of the CT river XXXXing sucks, and can basically be considered New York, east of the river is good stuff.

Why the XXXX would you want to move to either one of those places? Jump the border with Travis and come to NH

why the flip would you move to assachusetts

depends on the lady. her first year working she needs to be supervised, and its easier to get something in CT/MA than on the island. she doesnt want to move to far from home just yet- lots of jobs for her out west.

apartments around here avg 800-1200 (price range of something acceptable,) depending on square footage and number of rooms, lots of them have utitlities included as well.

is that a house? or part of a house? around me, its 1000 bucks + utilities for a basement apt with like 1.5 windows.

duplex, apt complex. but, you can rent a house for cheap around here. i've seen some on craigslists like 3 bedrooms, garage, land, for 1200+ utilities of course. some houses for rent around here are actually cheaper than apartments, but utilities are never included.

Did you see my response to the 3" strap shoulder measurement?

Which one? The one about yours being almost 12º...?

I'm just not sure how, with the shoulder slots in the seat being any amount below your shoulder, you're going to get any kind of reasonable angle. If you sit back in the seat so the harness is planting you in it, the strap has to bend downward at a sharp angle, then back through the slot.

I'm probably just going to wrap them around the headrest.

EDIT: Also, I remember riding in your XJ and tightening the shoulder straps. They wanted to pull me down in the seat, not back. Not that that determines how they fit you, just something I didn't think about until now. :laugh:

I'm actually going to call TS and talk to them today/tomorrow about it.

I can probably just buy the taller seats and sell my seats for close to new price since they're pretty much new. Maybe take like $100 off the new price.

I'm going to double check tonight, but they make them exactly the same just 3" taller so I'm going to check and see if that works.

If so, I'll probably end selling mine sooner than later. You definitely interested Travis? You can stop by my house early on Thursday if you plan on coming down and we can size you up :laugh: I'm sure they'd work for you.

Upstate ny is pretty nice. Nyc and most of the island suuuuuck though.

This just in, my mj is a million times quieter without a nickel sized hole in the downpipe.

Ya, it was beautiful up there. I was actually standing on the frozen pond taking that picture. I didn't get to spend a ton of time out enjoying nature, a small amount of time out with a friend in the morn, then I pulled up a patio chair to the edge of the lake and just relaxed for about 30-45 mins. Then everyone came back from skiing and the beer olympics started. There was about 25 people, wicked fun weekend.
