:dunno: I have a high steer arm on my PS knuckle and I bolted a 16" steelie on just fine. Suck it.

edit: to be fair, i guess there's a slight possibility that the 44's high steer arm is different enough in a gay way that it really would be a problem. But have you tried? I'd be pretty surprised if it really doesn't fit.
