What does it do?

It is a video board I believe for a very expensive piece of equipment for another company.
I really don't know what it does, I was just given a board design and said "make a test fixture for this."

I bought lunch at 2 PM, came back to a shitstorm in the office, and finally, just now, got a chance to sit down and eat it.
