Talking about driving things long distance reminded me of this guy.

Jeeps were so much cooler when everyone was still legally able to drive them on the street, and drove them everywhere. When we gathered, there was a large crowd of Jeeps, not trucks and cars...

I will always show up in some variety of jeep if I show up at all

I drove my XJ down to PA and back once. That was fun.

I also did it for the first NACfest since Adam's XJ broke.

I had 5 of Anthony's dumbass tires in the back of my XJ.

Thing handled like a champ.

I drove my MJ to PA like 8 times over the last 2 years. Most of them it was a 1 wheel drive turd though :confused1 at least it is a 4 wheel drive turd now.

Only drive the 96 to PA twice. Once pulling a trailer to get my 32s I never wheeled on, once to send it to the junkyard.

Just ordered 2 1 3/4 (1 7/8" deep) morse brand ones.

We'll see how much they suck before I put forth that kind of effort.
