THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I ran them for 3 years with no problems, and gave them to Rob when I sold him my old shocks, and now he's running them (well, not yet).

I don't know what kind of problem you'd run into with them, short of the unibody structure failing...but the coil bucket is way more susceptible to that than the shock mount is. The shock mount area is like the most heavily reinforced spot on the unibody as it is.

Especially if you do things the right way and don't use your shock as a bumpstop or limit strap.

who wants to go see the dropkick murphys this march?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I laugh at all you guys talking about all this racing stuff. (except for Chris, who actually does race)

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I'll just keep blowing up 23 dollar Monroes and gabriels

And won't pay attention to Mark's opinion of my wheeling or not wheeling until he shows up to an event where I actually do :moon:

you will need about 26 of those to equal the performance of our shocks

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

You're talking like all you guys are getting ready to enter the baja 1000, and are building it around there.

Ross has airbumps, big shocks, etc, The most "racing" he is going to do is that little loop around Lobster's backyard. Adam (LI) built a desert racer, when he doesn't live in the desert. You go rock crawling. You plan on entering LM races next year, what percentage of your offroading will be racing?

You guys just talk about it like you guys have been racing a long time, racing is this huge part of everything, and you have a million races lined up, and that you're kind of a big deal because you're talking about racing.

My opinion. You clearly have your opinions like this on shit, so I get mine.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i use these to mount shocks. they work pretty good and you can weld them wherever you want

What day are you going? I missed buying tickets for the St Patricks day show when they went on sale but just checked and (surprisingly) they are still available. I might be ordering tickets tonight for one of the Saturday shows, probably 8PM, but still up in the air.

They seem to be sold out at the HoB though which is disappointing. I have seen them at both the Tsongas (2008) and HoB (2011) and both were great shows so I guess it doesn't matter one way or the other. The crowd was a bit more "aggressive" in Lowell :laugh3: but the crowd at HoB was just great.

i kinda want to go to the new york show.

because i want to see them make fun of the yankees in a crowd of yankees fans.

but im not opposed to finding tickets to one of the mass shows.

HI WADE!

Don't worry I'm your friend.

You go rock crawling. You plan on entering LM races next year, what percentage of your offroading will be racing?

Well, that depends on if my MJ stays together for the races or not. It could actually be 100% of my offroad trips next year if it breaks after each one

Who acts like a big deal here? Who said racing is a huge part of everything?

My opinion, you're butt hurt :D

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Yup. More like 100 after 5 minutes of abuse. I completely smoked a set on that underground run, they were only a few weeks old. The bolts never get time to seize in place.

Haha, YOU! You act like it.

My opinion, you're butt hurt :D
WTF would I be butt hurt about? I have no desire to race.

My opinion was based on legitimate observation. Your opinion is based on being retarded and trying to troll by not knowing what you're talking about.

You don't happen to think there is like, perhaps, any correlation between the two?
:moon:

I had a feeling that your entire post was about me.

Please tell me how I act like a big deal, and how I act like racing is everything.

I have no idea what you would be butt hurt about, but you just seem butt hurt.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

He's just got the itch because he hasn't wheeled since June. :D

I built wheeled (depends on opinion I guess) and broke another jeep since then and he thinks I should scrap it.
