Just use like 10 heater cores instead of radiator. Just mount a bunch of them wherever you end up having free space once your done.

it *used to* cost $37 from snap-on, I think it's a lot more now. I have the reamer somewhere, but I have no idea where the hell I put it. I'll try to look around this weekend and I'll let ya know if I do find it.

I have the snapon reamer. Jay is going to be borrowing it sooner than later I think but you can borrow it after he is done with it.

Have you already drilled it out?

I have my reamer in hand right now but I already told Jay he could borrow it whenever he gets down to pick it up. Maybe I can swing down to RI over the weekend with it and just wait while you ream it if you want. That way you get yours done and I'll have it for whenever Jay needs it.

which steering did you get? The JCR one says an 11/16 pilot hole and a 1.5" inch per foot taper.

anywhere between 5/8" and 11/16". And idk about stopping by then, that would interfere with watching the Patriots game.

which steering did you get? The JCR one says an 11/16 pilot hole and a 1.5" inch per foot taper.

I don't think it matters which kit he got as long as the kit uses standard Chevy 1-ton ends. They are all 1.5 in/ft taper and I'm pretty sure most (if not all) kits use an ES2027L rod end at the pitman arm.

And technically 11/16" is the way to go but you can also drill to 5/8", you will just have to ream more. That's what I did, drilled to 5/8" and just reamed it the rest of the way.

That said I'd definitely recommend drilling as large as you can (up to 11/16") since it will make reaming much quicker/easier. If you don't have any drill bits that large you can borrow the 5/8" bit along with the reamer.

I learned my lesson on that shit, it took a couple tries. Both were serial friend-daters (both have dated 2-4 of my friends after me... I sided with the friends, bros before hoes, especially XXXXed in the head depressed nutty ones), one ended up stealing a good friend of mine and moved to california, dragged him with her and has been making him miserable for 3 years running; the other emotionally wrecked an acquaintance and he completely withdrew from the crew we used to hang with. Haven't heard from him in years now. Oh well, 'no psychos' is definitely on the list now.

I have a reamer too, if you end up needing it. Or hell, if Nick/Jay need it, they're way closer to my area and you're way closer to Scott's place IIRC.
