THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

And I already read the rear mount radiator TOTM on Pirate.

No one shows any pics of plumbing.

I think I can do what I said though and just modify the floor on the passenger side.

I'd probably take a radiator my father has laying around from a New Yorker (what he runs in his Hemi) and stuff a bunch of fans on it.
You're welcome  That thread was my idea.

I could totally use Anthony's front clip for this.
I'm gonna chop out the front crossmember but I can weld in a spacer for you first, if you want it.

I honestly probably wouldn't use it.

My whole front end is plated and I guarantee yours moved a little (I remember you said you didn't brace it before you chopped).

Too many small tolerances that would stack up.

I know it's doable, it's just going to be a matter of making it happen.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Chris, you picked up a taurus SHO for its engine, right? IIRC it was a manual... you using the trans for anything? I may be interested if you want to sell it.

I could totally use Anthony's front clip for this.

I have a spare front clip from a '97+ you could use if need be (if you're not going to be chopping it up).

Or I could swap said 97+ front clip onto my jeep and you could take the 95- clip that's already a bit cut up and do whatever you want with it

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

If my XJ clip is the first one to get a 440 it's automatically the coolest XJ ever.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Scott I meant the whole nose, frame rails and all.

Fenders and a header panel won't help me.

Alright. I wasn't really thinking why you would need it and just figured I'd throw that out there. :laugh3: looking back I have no clue what I was thinking.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Colin, I would say you could take the front clip from either my green Jeep or Bill's Jeep, but I think they are both tweaked. Not actually sure if Bill's unirail is tweaked, I know the inner fender is.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

who wants to ream out a ptiman arm to the GM 1 ton for some $$ or beer?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Bring me a reamer and the arm and I'll do it.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Colin, want me to keep an eye out for a nice radiator? I'm planning to go to a swap meet or two next month...

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I tried to buy clothes in NYC. Saw a pair of 40x32 straight slim prefaded pretorn embroidered jeans. Not straight not slim either. Wtf is with this there is no truth in advertising.

It took me 15min to find the regular plain old jeans rack. I felt like dieselmh.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

hey colin/bill are these good fuel line fitting? or are they to cheap/crappy?
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/DER-98201/basicly just planning on going from the an fittings to barbs the clamping em down to 3/8 hose for both return and feed lines
I thought they were good and I have one on my radiator for trans line, but I think that is the same fitting (or at least brand/style) that Colin broke off recently.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread
