Heheh, nice. Saw that last night, figured it was going to be something like that.
Bam. This is one of those times I'm glad work blocks photobucket. Saved from the troll.Bam. GSXR swap.

Haha, I had dual rotors before but they were 290mm with dual 2 piston calipers. These are 310mm with dual 4 piston calipers and I got pads made of the same material. Should be good.About time you got real front brakes. :laugh3:

What did you work on this weekend?
Mark, got your battery tray/hold down thing from Rich. Come down Friday when Rob comes down too? We can all wack off together.
Memorable moments:
- CHECKMATE MUTHAFUKA!!!
- HAR MON ICA!!!!1111!!!
- Racing Travis on the pike (I could not stop laughing, even though the people between us were probably shitting their pants)
- Adam/Sam racing down rock creek. I couldn't walk fast enough.
- Spitting front driveshaft u-joint cap through the floor into the pass side door
- Watching Ross try to stick weld
- Meeting someone who bullied Ross aka Full Throttle
I'm sure there's more.
Diesel wars are awesome. Any idea what you got for mileage?? Even with approaching triple digits on multiple occasions and averaging 70+, I still got over 14mpg
What did you work on this weekend?
Got a new steering box and TRE in on the Jeep, steering is much better. Still have that weird wobble or vibration at 55-60mph. And no Colin, it is not the tires, I swapped with my dad's wrangler today and it still did it. Or either driveshaft, as I have no front in and a different rear shaft.
I was getting anywhere from 10-12 mpg. I had my foot to the floor a lot in order to hold 75-80 on the hills.
Smarty would be cool, but with how my truck did it's still not a priority.
I'm nearly as excited about that as I am having a wheeling rig again.
It was a couple more than 4 :kissyou:It doesn't count if you remove/replace 4 bolts.
What did you work on this weekend?
oh hey by the way colin... cut out your dumb muffler :laugh3:
Bleeding these brakes from dry without a vacuum source was impossible. The end result is that I learned that brake fluid tastes yucky.
Your truck sounds a LOT better straight piped.
I want a full 4" turbo back. I'd be tempted to see how loud straight pipe is on mine .
Yeah, I like it. It's actually not too loud in the cab, which is awesome. If I'm over 2k under an overpass and on the throttle with windows down, it's approximately as good as sex. So to speak.
I think it's funny that you think I'm trolling because that's not my intent at all.Holy Troll and a half.
Just bring your firewall to the JY, seriously. It's clear when you told Adam and I that you'd rather spend money on motorcycle parts over the winter that you're not into Jeeps at ALL anymore.

I have considered selling all of my parts off...
I want to be cool too! I've added a 4" true turbo back to my wish list, but it ain't going to happen anytime soon.Your truck sounds a LOT better straight piped.
