The mythical 5th gear in the np 435? :laugh:

The bellhousing I'm buying (~$400) will bolt to an NP435, NV4500, and possibly an NV5600.

How much are you spending on this engine if you don't mind me asking? I'm just curious.

I spent my lunch break the other day figuring out what I should do to the Mustang in the spring. I found that a full headers back exhaust, intake, and tuner/tune would run about $2000 but likely push me to 310hp at the wheels +/- 10hp) up from 265ish at the wheels. Either that or I could spend the same $2000 on suspension/handling stuff.

I'm leaning towards power.

I understand that which is what makes me curious how much the end product is going to cost. That is why I'm "just curious", of course it's not relevant to anything I will be doing because I have no current or future plans to put a 440 in anything I [currently] own.

Yes, I understand I could buy a car for that kind of money but whatever. I'm going to save up over 5-6 months to buy those parts. If I have (or am close to having) my own house in the spring I will probably end up saving that $2000 or putting it into a track car (miata or MR2) but otherwise I want to put some $$ into my DD.
