Slut face spring shop down the road from me wont make me a set of leaf springs, but they make me u bolts all the time. What a bunch of dick heads.

hey, so when I get this broken stud out and replace it, yada yada, do I need to buy another intake gasket even though this one has only been on there for 2 days? I'd hate to waste this one, but if it isn't going to seal right it's worth the $15 to get another new one. What say you smart people?

he wants to get a sticker on his lemon to trade it in. this whole problem was caused by reusing a FIRI attitude with gaskets when I swapped motors. As you can see though, I'm trying to maintain my FIRI style by asking the question instead of replacing it like I think I probably should

I remember one of the ball joints requiring a c-clip on my D44. Can't remember which one.

the bottom one.

spoke with my dad for a while on the phone, he says the best option for me at this point is to keep the jeep, and lease something cheap so i a car thats reliable to drive everyday. might look into getting a fiesta hatch tomorrow.

everytime i fix something, something else breaks. its made me late to work 3 times in the past two weeks. sell your dodge and try to drive your mj to work everyday, let me know how it works out for you. at this point im ready to light it on fire, its SO NICE to be able to wheel and break, or not have to wrench in the dark on a weekday to get to work in the morning. $120 a month is worth the piece of mind, and its triple the gas mileage.

If I could get my MJ to pass inspection I would have NO problem driving that thing everyday.

I drove my old XJ with a very similar setup to yours (minus cage) with NO problems. Yes it needed stuff done here and there, but I still did it and LOVED driving it.

you can find one for a grand or 2 so that needs little to nothing. and if something on it goes and you are poor you just steal a part off your big jeep and replace it when you can afford to.
