THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

SO we got a new kid at my work and I guess he worked at another store in the area, but he sucks. It's not hard to pull two products forward on a shelf, he does one, and then misses a bunch of shit. So I told him that he sucks and needs to go back to other store. Then I get called to the office and one of my managers tells me "Don't give this new kid a hard time like the others. His dad is a store manager at another store and his uncle is head of security for all Market Baskets."

Whoops

U bolt plates are drilled to a c hair over 1/2 but I bought/already run 9/16 u bolts. Nbd really I just don't have a 9/16 drill bit or a drill press that wouldn't destroy the bit. :D

You're complaining about the U-bolt plates with bumpstop extensions that I made and I gave you for free? :twak:

Ima pick you up by your ear next time I see you.

JK dude. How're the pearly whites doing? Does it still feel slimy?

edit: just read the T&T thread. That's sorta weird. They should recognize that it's not about ride height so much as how it behaves. This is the first less than positive interaction I've seen with them. Kinda disappointed.

Just make sure the plug doesn't restrict the bottom fluid passage...that spot is thin to begin with, and even threading a hose in partially blocks the flow.

Having rebuilt two steering boxes and done the homebrew hydro assist thing...it is entirely worth the $250 to have PSC do it.

Have fun playing with yer balls. :D
Alright, thanks. I do plan on making sure the plug doesn't thread in any more than it has to to be sure I don't block the flow.

I'm not even sure I will be going hydro assist at a later date but I figure I might as well do this now while it's apart. I just know I would be pissed if I do decide to go hydro assist later and have to pull it all apart again. If I do go hydro assist and it sucks I will consider the PSC at that time.

I'll try, hopefully my balls don't give me too much trouble.

It's a grand ol' time when you open the box and the silver balls are a little blackened and the black balls have the coating worn off.

Scott, hope you got a decent mic or set of calipers :laugh3:

I'm hoping I don't need a set but I plan on buying one if needed.

Yeah you know I'm just busting your balls. :laugh3:

My mouth just feels really small now. But I also had two teeth taken out before the braces went on. The retainer sucks dick though, I get a super bad ass lisp that makes me sound like a 7th grade nerd. I'm going to start talking about star trek so I can fit the bill.

They do recognize that it's not as much about ride height, but they think that it should be some stupid trade secret.

Every other vendor will gladly give you their spring rates.

I've read of other less than stellar interactions. I didn't have a problem when I dealt with them though. All I ordered was a long arm kit and shackles though.

Trade secrets are dumb. The crawler wants a different rate than the prerunner and each spring is going to be best suited for something else. I know I'm preaching to the choir right now, but whatever.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

TNT's customer service sucks balls. None of my friends nor I have had a positive experience with them. I needed hardware for a bellypan, ended up paying almost $50 bucks (with shipping) and got hardware for a full longarm kit... almost 3 weeks later.

Trade secrets aren't dumb if they're actually worth protecting and won't affect your sales.

For example, I'm pretty sure RCV won't reveal what material they use for their shafts. Does anyone care what the material is? As long as they can prove the shafts don't break then who gives a shit (which they do with load testing results Bill told me about when he talked to them).

Polyperformance: they have decent shipping time? Or are they one of the companies that can take a week to ship a small package?
