THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Towing that bike thing behind a boat would be tricky. How do you hold onto the bike and the tow rope? Towing the bike frame would suck. One hand on each would suck...

No way. Just throw it around the front of the frame. DONE!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

You'd have to wrap a life vest around the frame though. I bet it could work... Maybe with some big powder skis or something, not DH racing skis.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Can't imagine why

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

old news.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Huh? Why?

Just loop a rope right behind the head tube, I'd think...
It's going to suck treading water and trying to hold up a bicycle frame. It would be so much easier if it held itself up.
ballistic fab has been banned from pirate
They musta done something real good.

Someone else delete the spaces. I think it's my compy that performed the fail.

Adam fails so so hard.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

No treading water, you wear the life jacket. Kinda like going water skiing or wakeboarding.
Well, that's a given.

but I dunno. I still think it would work better.

I don't have a frame small enough to donate to the cause... Hmmm.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

It would be kind of difficult to keep the bike up though. That and getting it above the water once the boat starts pulling is gonna wanna rip off your arms.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

yep. I think some sort of PFD on the front triangle would be key.

And some sort of spot for your feet to go, maybe some pedals straight out of the BB.

It feels like it's going to rip your arms off more on a wakeboard than it does anything with ski's... I don't think that part of it would be too bad.

id need to wear a diaper if i went for a ride with him

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Colin called me up while I was stuck in traffic on the FDR expressway yesterday. I was like "sorry dude I'm in NYC"

My clutch foot got a workout for sure. Some chucklehead managed to have their minivan catch fire and it burned to the ground while completely filling 2 of the 3 lanes, during rush hour.

so my ex who has a boyfriend is freaking out on me because i hung out with a girl i kinda sorta dated/hooked up with in the spring.

and it was at a concert with a bunch of friends of ours. it was absolutely nothing like a date.

and i havent hung out with this girl in maybe 2 months unless it was by coincidence at a bar or friends house

leftover feelings?
batshit crazy?
1. batshit crazy
2. leftover feelings (See above)
3. she has a bf and she is your ex. she can go to hell.
4. I suggest taking longer and longer to reply to texts and then stop entirely. Hopefully she will get the idea. This worked for me.

So a note to everyone who has yet to move to their own place, or even if you have, you might not have considered this.

Make sure you buy a plunger. Because it sucks when you need one, and never thought to pick one up.

:|
I haven't needed a plunger yet and I have plugged every toilet I have ever had within 1 week of living there.

I paid 250 dollars for the toilet in my house, it was well worth it. on the box it said it could flush an entire basket of golf balls in one go. I'm pretty sure it is telling the truth, I haven't plugged it yet (in 2.5 months). It will flush entire rolls of toilet paper, buckets of golf balls, bricks, small children, and cement blocks without complaint.

I saw a turbo diesel cherokee on my way to work today, and then saw a AAA road side assistance Cherokee with a '97+ conversion on the way home.
Damn, nice!

so good
I have a bag of these I don't want. I normally love vinegar but they went a bit overboard with it. I will trade for a bag of their BBQ chips... SO GOOD

21 year old beautiful single girl who occasionally wears glitter on her face.

does glitter mean crazy? or should i shrug it off as some silly girl thing?
crazy is linear with respect to glitter usage. the more days per week she uses it the crazier she is

already has

you unbolt your stock box and bolt the durango box in. (but some people need to add a couple washers to space it away from the frame a titch) i didnt have to do that and its fine and dandy
I had to space mine out, I made myself a new steering box spacer from quarter inch plate stacked up and welded together. Works great.

One of these could be a lot of fun to ride... I think I have everything but a pair of ski's for it... I wonder if you could ride behind a boat with it...

After like 3 pages of comments about girls, I saw the top of this post. it said "this looks like fun to ride" and I saw the top of a picture. I was sorely disappointed.

I have tons of old bikes around my house. I could probably donate a frame

Maybe have two skis up front, maybe two skis that are angled just slightly (so that the outside endge of the ski is slightly higher than the inside edge) to help with stability? I definitely agree it would be very hard to keep it upright in water with just a single ski up front and out back.

I do like the salt and vinegar but the BBQ are quite awesome too. The first day I had the BBQ (during the bruins playoffs) I didn't think I liked them but found them super addicting. Now I absolutely love the things.
