hmm i didnt know there were 2 different deaver leafs for XJs... race and prerunner. all i said was 'jeepspeed leafs.' apparently the race ones are so intense it's recommended that the leaf mounts be beefed up lol

leaf mounts should be beefed up regardless if you arent dumb like me

the factory shit is supported by a nut thats tack welded in some sheet metal and some sheet metal thats supported by a sheet metal floor.

im excited to build a framed rig. my fender flares make xj unirails look bitch

i plan on it anyway, and theyre getting tied into the cage. not sure what i wanna do about the gay tack welded bolt goes, i guess i can cut up the floor a bit and fully welded something new back there and some extra 1/8" plate

Welded a piece of 1/8" to Dundys D30 cover last night and figured out how I'm gonna mount the traction bar.
