I have a piece of the Berlin Wall in my closet somewhere. I broke off a little chunk and put it in my pocket back in 1996 I think. :laugh:

So a few times a week I get calls about obsolete products that need to be replaced. A lot of times the only way I can look these up is by the serial number on the motor, because very little documentation exists for this stuff anymore.
Just had a 10 minute phone conversation with some lady in Texas about one of these old units, and it was basically 10 minutes of me saying "I'm sorry, I need the serial number." in response to "But wait, I have this other information, it's 0.4 horsepower, is that enough?" and so on.
I swear I quit paying attention halfway through the call and everytime she stopped talking I'd repeat the same thing.
