tomorow before work im gonna take a trip to the local parts store to see what the got for hoist, if i no likey a trip to tractor supply will happen, then ill pull the motor tomorow night, for now im gonna get it ready to come out, just got wireing on the pass side and motor mounts,and unbolt the trans first

Box and pump came today. He said it was two boxes so im guessing the rest will show up tomorrow

We are restoring the 50 cj3a to original, the 46 cj2a is going to be a rat rod, and the plan for the 47cj2a is to cram in a built AMC 401 on a tube frame.
My father has 90% of the parts for the restoration, and I can probably piece together a rat rod out of parts in the back yard, and has been a project to work on when I have no money for other projects. The hard part is going to be finding a AMC 401 to build for the 3rd willys.

Of course the 3rd willys is still a ways off. The xj will be done before NACfest, then the M37 is going under the knife, followed by my ranger.

Reason number 5x,xxx why I enjoy living in the city. You can't all of a sudden decide to walk around some rural town all through the night with friends, and go to an all night diner followed by an all night bakery in the north end.

Walking through Boston at 4 in the morning is awesome. Tonight was especially dead, there was almost no one on the street. I definitely saw a real pimp with real strippers at the diner too.

Can I say first?

Its amazing what changes in the coarse of an hour. I got back to my dorm at roughly 4:50ish. When we were walking back, it was pitch black, there was no one out, and we were walking through the middle of the street it was so empty. It is now 1 hour later and its light, there are people walking all around, and there are quite a few cars driving around on the street.

this is mostrly just gonna take up time and be as close to free as possible...I gotta get working on my M37 too.

Urban wheeling!!! Ever see a gaint staircase somewhere and wish you could drive up it? I have. Or when places have large concrete objects laying around outside as scenary?
