Ugh. My aunt was trying to set me up with this girl she knows and recommended that I FB friend her. I soon found out that she posted constantly and probably 50% of the time the posts were religious in nature. I immediately lost all interest in even meeting her.

Though last night I did find out that another girl I was hanging out with just broke up with her boyfriend last weekend and we have been hitting it off quite well lately. :thumbup:

rebound?

im bringing a lady friend to rc this weekend

she is pretty awesome, friend of friends. weve been hangin out a lot, amoung other things.

she doesnt know what she wants. she acts like a girlfriend, but says she doesnt want a boyfriend lol. but im fine with whatever. no commitment= no drama (i hope lol)

She doesn't seem to distraught about breaking up with the guy so idk if rebound is the right word.

As soon as she told me that they broke up I not-so-subtly started setting the ground rules in case I decide to move in. Told her that whoever I date better understand that I don't care if they go out dancing and shit but don't expect me to tag along all the time. And that I expect time to work on my Jeep and hang with the guys. The girl is welcome to help learn to wrench or come out with the friends but I don't want her bitching about how much time I spend on my stuff as long as I pay attention to her... more or less just seeing how far I could push it.. She agreed :D (and this is the girl who stopped by my house while i was doing fork seals on the XT and, when I said I would stop working and clean up, she sat down and started helping me rebuild the forks and asking what each part was for)

This last guy apparently never showed up on time, canceled plans with her all the time, was a dick in general... so pretty much all I have to do is show up when I make plans and not be an ass and I will be better than what she is used to :roflmao:

More or less. I have been single for a couple years now because the past couple girls I have been with were controlling and just ended up pissing me off more than it was worth.. If I am going to get into another relationship I am going to make sure that there are some 'rules' in place beforehand. :laugh:

ive done nothing today, havent had the motivation to do anythig, am almost cosidering sellin the 60's and doin a 5"/33's on the 98

i got shock mounts, bracwe frame end uca, floors, get motor and trans set, gears and drive shafts then the little misc stuffm its scary how close i am

i got my jeep running just test fired it thanks to ross for welding up some plugs for me for the egr I was getting rid of.....the egr tube is a weird metric fine thread

You have to think about that?

So much for working on my jeep this weekend. Got 1 quarter guard on after work, then had to do a water pump on my friends jeep.
Tomorrow I have to go look at a backhoe, and see if I can weld the boom back together.
Off to shoot pool at the bar now
