Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread
The 7100 has heim ends, traditional hose, and is rebuildable.
The 5165 is an OE style rubber bushings, a swiveling hose, and can be converted to rebuildable if needed.
So I'm gonna call up Bilstein and ask if there's any difference between 5165s and 7100s. They cost about the same...not sure where the difference is.
Also not sure if 7100s come precharged with nitrogen or not...if not anyone know where I can charge them?
I also want a shortbody shock up front so if I get a 40º+ driveshaft in the future I don't have to buy a longer shock. I need a 16" collapsed shock up front at the most, and as of right now at ~25" extended I'll be limit strapping it. I'd rather have the 12" shortbody (16.10" collapsed, 28" extended).
Out back I think it's just going to be 5150s 255/70 10" travel.
