The $1 domestics (bud/bud light/miller light/coors light) is standard for thursdays, $2 yuengling is standard everyday. We've been going to this place for 6 years now and we pretty much know all the bartenders socially - half of 'em hang out at my buddy's shop at least a few days during the week. They just know to hit the 'domestic' button for me.

Saturdays are the best. I show up with a crock pot food item and don't pay for anything the rest of the night. Oftentimes hanging out well past closing when it becomes self-serve. :laugh:

the local place by me is the same way.. we made friends with the bartenders (theyre hot) the owner likes us bc we're not assholes, and we never get charged for everything we drink

The only bar I ever went to enough to get to know the bartenders that well was the Moan and Dove out in Amherst. And the beer there isn't cheap, but it's the best beer you'll ever have. I got a free one here and there, but not often.

And I have one place (Sophia's) near my school where I knew all the tenders. One place around here (Emma's) where I am starting to know them a bit better.

Oh and the credit union already pissed me off. Paid off the car and tried to start a bank account so I can close my BOFA account... told me it would take 5 minutes... 40 minutes later I was rushing home to get back in time for my 4:30 conference call :banghead:
