awesome

the pic was in the paragon pic thread on pirate. so perhaps

Thats funny.... I just looked at that pic and my immediate thought was that it looked like M trail at PAP, but didn't think it was since it was a RHD van... The line behind and to the left of the van looks like the beginning of an obstacle called "Can Opener" on M.

Theres another $300 gone for blingin' steering arms. I even called my dentist afterwards to re-schdule an appointment. Im not used to this much actaul phone talking activity :dunce:

Sam:
Killer van.

Chris:
Darn, now I'm gonna have to try some slow cooker chicken. The pork and chili was good, so I've got high hopes here too. :D

Ross:
$300 on steering arms? Holy cow.
What else did you get in that $700 package?

Anthony:
Nice work on reversing that to apply to 1/2 of the lazy non-GSD NAC crowd.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I bet Ross got those super fancy ones on Pirate. I forget what makes them so special. Maybe something about the kingpin preloading system.

Probably. I've got a long days work and some steel into mine. He has the fancy tools to do the same thing. Oh well, I'm sure they are pretty.

Speaking of bought not built; Anthony someone is beating you on the supercharger game: http://naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1058759&page=4

No dig on you here so don't start in on me, but what are the plans for the 'new' shell?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Didn't you build arms already?

Im not precise enough nor is my bridgeport nor are my skills to make arms. I am building my own knuckles though. I could always build/run my plywood high steer arms :D

The arms themselves were only $260, which is less then say Ballistic's without the Ballistic hassle. They're shipping from Canada so the $40 shipping I didnt really think about. I got everything else I need to rebuild my 60 from ECGS, bearings/seals/KP's and a LockRight since you and Colin didnt like the Spartan.

Yep...

Yep someone beat me. Oh well. For what it's worth, I didn't ever plan on mass producing what I might come up with. Mine will still be different and quite a bit more homebrewed. No fancy intake manifold for this guy. I might end up copying what he did for electrical stuff though. That's my least favorite part, anyway.

Honestly, not sure. Not sure if I even want to get it. I've been thinking a lot about it lately. I know I could finish what I have now, and I kinda want to for several reasons, a few of them being that: it's a cool project, I don't like giving up on things, and I'd probably end up trashing the unibody of the new shell in a year or two anyway. So why not just go straight to the chuggy? (cherokee-buggy) ...There's also the fact that full bodied rigs are badass albeit slightly less durable. I don't know right now...
