I'm making half doors for that reason. Incase I ever wheel and Ihit something I dont want it to hit me, but I like being able to lean out so see wtf I'm doing. Physically I fit through he window but seat belts make it tough.

rob, I still have Colin's doors if you want to make half doors.

no thanks, i like my aero visors and i dont have to look out my window to see my tires

Pulled the whole interior of the XJ out again, got the rear busted-up yoke off, got the driveshaft apart, cleaned everything up.

The rear yoke is the same as on a NP205...remembered I had a 1310 CV 205 yoke sitting around, so that's ready to go back together again tomorrow. The 1310 CV on my ex-spare driveshaft has the pieces I need so I just need to get a couple new 1310's, rebuild the CV onto my current driveshaft, and that'll be good to go again. Front driveshaft CV is good; need a new joint at the axle, but that's no big deal.

I have a few ideas for the doorbars; that might turn out to be a smaller project than anticipated.

I'll probably try and address the radiator tomorrow. That'll likely turn out to be annoying.

Still gotta do the driver side motor mount bushing.

All in all...3 weeks should be enough to take care of everything without going too nuts.

Its sad, but I felt like I was back in the stone age when I had to switch from my droid back to my Samsung flip phone for the week that my screen was broken.

I dislike tapatalk.

My current phone was already obsolete when I got it replaced with the same thing for free a few years ago after crushing the screen in a motorcycle accident.

I don't want a smartphone. I'm happy with something that takes pictures.

did it 4 times. the last time there were no cameras watching , i hit the jump way too hard, overshot the landing, ended up nose first, and half of my header panel fell off
