THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Okay, so most of everything that I need.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Wow, rockauto just impressed the shit out of me.

I guess they figured out that I have a 1982 DODGE W350 PICKUP (I use this for ordering front axle parts for the XJ), 2005 DODGE RAM 2500 PICKUP, and 1994 JEEP CHEROKEE SPORT. They just sent me a link to items specific to those vehicles that are on wholesaler closeout.

This includes things like a set of brake pads for $7, hub seals for $2, rear rotors for my Dodge for $25, etc.

Too bad I don't need anything right now.
They've been doing this for a while for me... sadly nothing I need yet!
Want a job? $10/hr and its only about 5 hrs from you...
If it was closer maybe... and paid a bit more. My student loans would ruin me.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Haha, he is saying that because those were his old tires.

Worst, most spanked tires ever.

Lmao ohhh and yeah they look prettyyy beat but no where near as beat as teh ones on the XJ I just got for my buddy... 33's mismatched bfgs and some mud thrasher junk... literally had no tread pattern left. Kid goes they go great on the beach! hahaha

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

btw is it sad that I've been doing this job for barely over a week and already constantly finding stupid mistakes made by people with fancy degrees making way more than me? =/
Nope. Happens a lot.
we should have field stripping dana 30 contests.
I think we talked about doing that in UJ once... Or was that the dirty 30 run that we talked about here? I don't remember. That was such a bad idea.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

So...

what the hell did you get then?

I'll have my pedal setup, I have the master and slave I need already. All I will need is the pilot bearing and bushing IIRC. So looks like it'll be a rebuilt dana 20 and the T18 as is, with the clutch and all that I got from that guy. Like I said I also think the T18+bellhousing+spacer is the same length as the TH400. So no holes should need to be drilled, same tranny mounts and driveshafts and all that. I should be able to get a shift knob and shifter boot for free as well.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Carmelo and Billy's deal finding skills amaze me.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Sweet tires!!!!
lasted me one run up at lobsters until i had to sell them to buy new gears :conceited
Dont worry Hes got BFG A/Ts and A thornturd now!

got the hole fixed in the a/t so the thornturds back to the spare!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Muffin shifter knob made on my lathe.

Let's do it.

I will have my hand touch nothing but least refined shifter knob available. My preference the original beat up knob, preferable half broken and extremely uncomfortable and ugly.

Less tread = more rubber to contact the ground for awesome traction. I can't believe Ryan bought the,. I really can't believe Ryan got somebody else to buy them, especially after being driven on a spool. :gee:
