um, why? I just want the front crossmember, but said the front frame rails because I wouldn't expect him to do all the work to clean it up. And if the shell's getting junked I'd want the x-member first. dunno why that's dumb? :dunno:

We live in MA. And the laws here are super wee todd did. It has taught me never take anything for granted simply out of paranoia.

Gear install kits on the way.
Cut holes in the 9" this afternoon, but I am out of O2 to cut out the patch plate.
Concrete at 11 tomorrow, maybe after that I can get down to abco and be set to weld it up tomorrow afternoon

I'm not going back to read 5 to 6 days worth of posts, but I skimmed them and it looks like Anthony is scrapping his project? Am I the only one that is disappointed and wanted to see him actually complete it?

If I don't cut up the front crossmember, there's a good chance I'll keep the chassis. It's not gonna hurt anything just sitting still and 3-4 people can carry it. All hope is not lost.

Looks to me like you were clear for riding side by side and he is at fault. Hope you heal up well.

I just started hypothesizing and I realized that at best, you'd have only 1st gear 4wd. (Reverse in one, first in the other) But even those ratios rarely match. This idea was doomed from the start. Way to go Keith :gee:

LI Adam - I'm finally hitting the yard in like 30min. What color leather do you prefer, if it matters? Do you need the clockspring, airbag, cruise buttons, etc or just the wheel?

Ps, anyone who gets a nagging cough should be prepared to feel like death a few days later. This pretty much sucks but at least it means I am not at work.
