Naw, just had a convo with my brother (in med school), and he was saying that drinking would actually raise blood sugar. Plus I ate a lot all day, wouldn't really give low blood sugar.
Off to the hospital though.

It's too bad you can't mute all the hot drunk 19 year olds. They'd be a lot more fun to watch if you didn't have to listen to them.

Hope you feel better soon, its a lousy thing to have happen. I have only passed out once and it was completely random, literally don't remember falling just waking up with a sharp pain as I mashed my face on a chair (bent the shit out of my glasses) and then hitting the deck. Hasn't happened again since, it happened when I was in high school.
I'm really hoping I don't feel like hell tomorrow, my second level manager and one of the other managers in the group were out sick last week and now I have the same symptoms. If I wake up feeling like hell I'm not even getting out of bed.
What year? 87-90, 91-96, 97, or 98-01? (97 is 91-96 with a different connector.)
I've been working on the house all weekend, was on here most of last week though...

Mark my dad is going through a similar problem where he gets dizzy and lightheaded when he stands up.. Hes passed out twice now and once was in the isle of an airplane that was airborn... None of his doctors have been able to diagnose it, hes been hooked to all sorts of monitors and what not all to no avail...

Not a problem, glad your finally doing it.they also told me they'd pay for my LTC A classTaking it next Sunday at Worcester Rifle and Pistol Club. (Sorry Tim, it's out of convenience. We'll shoot together another time :thumbup
Groton, Ledyard, and Patchaug all have 300yd ranges, and are a bit closer than NH. I have a gravel pit I can shoot at where there is a spot that is right around 650yds, but I loose access to that in a few weeks when my sisters BF goes to basic.

The way I am reading the law, yes you can. The club I am a member of only has a 100yd rifle range for the long range, but I know a few people who are members at other clubs, so longer ranges could be arranged.
Mark- hope you feel better. I had similar issues a few years ago, and after about 10 months of different tests, they determined that it was because I had some damage to my inner ear from a piece of slag, something I had mentioned on my first visit to the doctors.
Of course everyone is missing the obvious, someone slipped you a date rape drug

Thanks guys. I just got back from the ER, I'm alright. CT scan came back alright, talked with the doctor some. The main thing was after talking with my brother, we just wanted to make sure that the headaches weren't any sign of anything. I also was curious as to why I passed out, because I had quite some time to think about it in the waiting room, but I definitely didn't pass out from drinking. I was more sober and remembered more things about the night when I was talking with my friend waiting for the doc to arrive.
I went to Tufts because a friend of mine works there, so he hung with me and did all the vitals and normal test at the beginning on me. One thing we noticed was I have a fairly slow heart beat, and a little bit of an arithmia. There were a few instances where I would have a slightly longer gap between beats than other times. They discharged me with instructions to go to my primary to have a Holter exam done. (For any of you who watch How I Met Your Mother, this was that monitor Barney had to wear last episode)

Ya, I was talking with my friend who has happened to have a few cases of fainting or close to fainting. He was saying how sometimes if he stands up after sitting for a while his vision will go black, which made me remember that on occasion I stand up after sitting and my vision goes all white and I feel slightly lightheaded.
Ya, we did talk about (both with my brother and the nurse when being administered) whether or not I had left my drink alone or could someone slip me something. Either I filled my cup or was holding it when it was being filled from the keg, and the two that I didn't were during the game, which was on a table for everyone to drink from.
