My jeep came home on the trailer, AC compressor was completely seized, picked up a new one for the sweet price of $25 dollars from H8PVMT then had steering issues. Found out I'm just stupid and fixed those issues and some others I didn't know I had.

Finally got around to removing the floor from my XJ and really going over everything...for the first time since the last race (October 30th).
Front driveshaft was almost falling out - the bolts that go into the double cardan were backed out nearly half an inch.
And the bolts that hold the D300 to the clocking ring were loose, meaning the whole back half of the doubler setup was flopping up and down. Pulled the transfer case out tonight and I'll be taking it apart/reassembling sometime this week.
That one boggles me - it's held on by 6 countersunk allenhead screws, and that clocking ring has been on there for well over 4 years since I built this thing. One of those screws was in there so good that I've broken 3 allen head sockets trying to take it off. Should be interesting.
This also means that all the times I've been rockin' this thing on my little test loop - with Adam, Trevor, et al - the front driveshaft and t-case were literally about to fall out of the damn thing. Cool.
