2 hrs is fine for cheese. It's got so much salt in it... I know people that go backpacking with cheese and eat it 3-5 days after it's been out of the fridge.

Rob, I had an issue when hooking my amps back up last night that you may benefit from. I connected the positive terminal and the remote turn on wire. everything came on, but the car was off. When I connected the ground, everything went off. So check your amp's ground and you may get your stereo back.

i figure it has so much fake shit in it it cant be 2 bad, also got a text today steel i had orderd is gonna be 340 ish, not so good that with the tank for the welder leaves me XXXXed till next thurs

i say 4.5's BDS if your gonna be runing your 34's well 4.5's period no need to be any higher unless you runnin 40's

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I forgot you had that. How's that thing going? I drove my good friend's M715 shortly after I got my XJ. He sold it to another member of NEOW, AFAIK. I'd love to own something like that someday.

It's just sitting in my backyard at the moment. I haven't driven it in over a year. I need to get it outta there. Clear the raccoons out and what not. I have probably every piece to put it back together, but with no garage to do work in, motivation levels are at an all time low. Being 100 miles away from it and having 16" of snow still in the yard there doesn't help either. Some day it will be done or I'll just say f' it and get a mog

X2, only reason I am any higher than 3.5 is because I needed longer shackles in the back so it'd actually flex a bit.

Let me know if it ever needs a new home.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

why do you need to run 5x5.5?

well first off all i have is a bare axle housing, no gears no knuckles nothing. so i would need this stuff anyway. and isn't that the common size to run, 5x5.5? i'm not looking to run 8 lug

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I still have those wheels Ryan.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

you have 3 options for a 44. 8x6.5, 6x5.5, 5x5.5

8x6.5 is the cheapest to get hi steer and run a D60 rear. or you need to get knuckles off a 79 ford D44

6x5.5 is chevy. Works especially well with an Isuzu rear end

5x5.5 is 1/2 ton ford. they're common.

So what are you using for a rear axle and what kind of steering do you want?

i dug the 3" and 33's but belly and diff clearence killed me, i really like 4.5 and 35's, basicly Adams setup is tit minus the 30

Those were some sweet knuckles. If I had pulled my head out of my ass and kept the axles I'd have been wheeling a lot sooner.
