I forgot you had that. How's that thing going? I drove my good friend's M715 shortly after I got my XJ. He sold it to another member of NEOW, AFAIK. I'd love to own something like that someday.I remember seeing the start of that build when I first got going with my m725 6 years ago.
2 hrs is fine for cheese. It's got so much salt in it... I know people that go backpacking with cheese and eat it 3-5 days after it's been out of the fridge.cookin a burger, left the chhese out when i got home on accident, was only out for 2 hrs wich i think is still ok, but dont remember, also gonna enjoy a Brew Dog Hardcore IPA with it

Carmelo nailed exactly what I did. I did roll it on a table first to "check" for trueness but that's about it.I used a chop saw and cut into the tube just short of the factory weld 1/8" all the way around. Chiseled off the tube and was left with just the yoke. Cut the tube to length, bashed it back on and was good to go.
Never had the Brew Dog, I'll have to try it sometime.cookin a burger, left the chhese out when i got home on accident, was only out for 2 hrs wich i think is still ok, but dont remember, also gonna enjoy a Brew Dog Hardcore IPA with it
