Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Oh, and I found out that my header is cracked right at the collector. Go figure. Where the eff can I find those APN's?
The one on the '99 was cracked when I bought it. Welded it up and it been going strong for 30K+ miles now.

HELL YEAH!!! Looks like I'm NEVER buying axles. My work porked me AGAIN this year and I owe $500 for taxes! Wahooo!

So scratch buying steel anytime soon Rob, sorry dude.
Dude, redo the W2 correctly this year.
I always get a sweet check back :dunno:
Ummm... free government no-interest loan? No thank you.

Seriously. The govt has gotten many times larger than our forefathers ever envisioned. That's another argument for another day...

The only reason I get something significant back is that my deductions change so significantly every year. This is the first year that I might consider myself 'stable.' I've had as much as a $4k swing. I've owed as much as $500 and gotten as much as $3500 back.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I should do my taxes, I'll probably get a decent amount back... I set my withholding a little bit high ever since I owed 500 bucks I had already spent one year. I would rather forego the pitiful interest rate I get on that money than risk getting caught with my pants down again.

Rob, specifics on the axle? Still got gears in it? Width? Spline count? Bolt pattern? Full/semi float? Price? Etc.
kidding
You want to wheel before I do.

If I finish my Honcho before you do while in DEBT. I will drive up to Keene NH and drive my Honcho through your house. THIS IS A SERIOUS THREAT.

dammit gotta get jeep done, now i gotta eat this glorious meal from bk quicker and get shit done

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

anyone know how much angle iron is neede to plate a xj rail bumper to bumper?

~15' per side, 5' in each section.

He knows how to work on stuff with interference fits. When you figure out how interference fits work and how geometric tolerancing works, it's not hard to apply it to something else. His Bridgeport is old, but I can't imagine that the process of rebuilding an old old one is much different than rebuilding a 'newer' one. (The company went out of business in the '80's IIRC.)

Whos he?

Yeah, Golen is from Hudson, NH

They cool. They used to be in Bedford, MA way back when they started out I believe. My dad had a 350 put in his old work van a million years ago by them. They used to have prison labor then.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

To me its like having another savings account :dunno: why do I care if they have a no interest loan from me?

I'd rather get money back than risk owing them money.
