damn, where the hell do you get axles for 60? That's a steal. I thought I was doing OK picking em up for 100 bare (no brakes/rims/rollers) or 130 including everything.

you have before but it was only a 5min drive to home depot and a 25 min ride to TSC and i didnt have the extra time this morning, ill never again buy lincon wire

Lincoln stick electrodes are pretty good for some reason but the flux wire blows. It's on par with HF wire.

carmelo have you used hobart solid wire? i did like the lincon wire travis had sat. just dont know about hobarts solid shit

Only used it once to make these bumpstop thingys

Hobart generally makes good products in the welding expendables area. I have heard nothing but good things about their stuff so that's why I bought my first 10lb spool and made sure it was hobart.

The best thing about "true mig" is I typically just wear mechanics gloves and no spatter spits on me and burns my hand. I made both those bumpstop extensions with bare hands. Which would have burned me if it were flux core.

i was doin overhead sat and was amazes with how little splatter mig puts off and how well i could see everything

I'm more than halfway through an 11lb spool of .030 lincoln solidcore wire right now. haven't had a single problem, it's been super consistent.
