I ended up using a little more than the amounts of spices that you guys posted originally... I think you guys used a lot more than you mentioned.

edit: I also use *much* more ground pepper, cumin, and Montreal. Mess with those til you find the right 'pop' mixture.

Much better to not overdo it though. I don't really know how much I use at this point, to be honest. The chili powder is the only one I measure from the start. I know what 'looks' right to start on the other ones, and then I go by taste from there.

Among other things, we build motors for the large overhead fans used in warehouses, factories, etc. I just talked to a guy from another fan manufacturer who's interested in using our motors. They're called Big Ass Fans.

I couldn't keep a straight face when he said that...but apparently they're one of the biggest fan manufacturers in the country. Go figure.

Walk into a big warehouse and look up(IKEA comes to mind) and you'll see a huge fan with a "big ass fan" sticker on it.

Yeah, I'm really glad I didn't overdo it and I know it's damn near impossible to bring it back after you do overdo it. I made some notes on what I used and how much I used and how much I want to use of what for next time. There's a short learning curve :banghead:I might use bacon next time too. The cubed steak was a nice touch, I can't deny that.

Part of the problem is that I was at work for the last 6 hours of its cook time.

There's a section of the town of Sutton known as Manchaug, coming from the name of that lake, I believe. It's sort of a joke within the Southern Worcester county that the 'chaug is messed up. It's the West Virginia of Massachusetts.
