We're both fine. It was a mutual thing. It was kind of her idea but i've been thinking of a good way to let her down easy. She made it easy. We did knock boots last night tho. :yelclap:

Now I get to charge her to work on her Jeep. I was telling her sarcastically "Good luck getting Ross to help me replace your rockers...he's gonna hate you now."

When it comes to r&p, I've heard superior is meh. Iirc, their bearings are mostly cheaper ones. I look at a set a guy had for sale for a 14b and wasn't impressed.

And why is superior "meh"?

Is that from your amazingly accurate internet research?

I HAD their rear axleshafts and to me they seemed top notch.

I'd also be getting the gearset for FREE thanks to some gift certificates.

If the install kits don't come with Timkens then I'll say no thanks to that.

You had mentioned it a while back to me. Glad it was mutual and that you're both ok with it. It sucks when one person gets blindsided.

That's bound to happen a lot at the end of the relationship. Don't count on it being the last time. The downside is that it usually gets ugly about a week after the last time it happens.

I drove out of my driveway in 2nd gear at 4500 rpm spraying Jenn with snow. Woops. But hey, I made it. These snow tires are absolutely worth it.

That was a damn good grab. If you didn't get it I was going to.

Oh yeah, before I left for work I added about:
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning.

I think the thickness will be ok as is and I think it's going to be super effing spicy. I put a whole cut up jalapeno in, seeds and all.

so the frame on my boss's plow truck snapped in half. and he might just junk the whole thing

it runs like a beast
the 5.7l was rebuilt about 30k miles ago
auto tranny was rebuilt about 1000 miles ago
and all the wiring shit and compooda is intact

Among other things, we build motors for the large overhead fans used in warehouses, factories, etc. I just talked to a guy from another fan manufacturer who's interested in using our motors. They're called Big Ass Fans.
