The system restore worked partially, but I'm sure that whatever was there is still there so I'm trying to remove it.

Wtf, Cracker gave me an official violation for my sig.

I dunno when we started giving out actual violations for it. I just checked and yeah, I didn't get one, just a PM saying "your signature is 5 lines, it needs to be 4 or less. thanks" pretty much.

An official violation for a sig seems like a bit much

different infractions have different numbers of points attached to them. I seem to recall signature violations (that aren't for some other reason, like prohibited content, advertising, abuse, etc) being a 0 point infraction, pretty much just to make it easier for mods to apply and to log who has been sent one in the past and who hasn't.

I managed to pay it off when I was completely unemployed, so it should be no problem now in theory.
Now I have hubs, spindles, and axle shafts coming. Waiting to hear back on a set of knuckles

friggin natural gas bill + winter.

Yeah no shit.

Mine was $235 for the last month. If I don't set it below 59* on the thermostat, my gas stove (cast iron, not cooking) will run continuously if it's less than 28* out.

Currently investigating which windows I can tape up/block off or what manner of assisted ventilation I can use to distribute the heat better.

anyway i woke up at like 5 am to pee, then fell back asleep, then woke up like 3 minutes before my alarm... in that time frame i had some gay dream about hockey and the time went by really fast. i'm pissed, i hate hockey. i feel like my own brain cheated me.

you're not the only one... I think it was JeepFreak somethinorother who gave me an infraction way back because of the "quote" counting as a line. kinda gay, but it doesn't really matter. personally I never give people that infraction unless they've already ignored a warning. I do like the fact that signature rules are enforced here though.. some forums it's ridiculous how giant

every time I think to myself "this is petty and retarded" I remember how annoying and huge and retarded signatures on comancheclub and chuckstrucks are.

I usually just PM the person and suggest they fix it, haven't had to hand out an infraction yet.

Exactly, I glad pictures are out of the question.
If it was up to me I'd limit it to two lines, small print only. I don't need to read or look at every little bolt on a poster has done or "wants/wishes" to do every time they post.
