THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Hey I got almost the exact same question!
hey ive been looking at your rig and its one of my favorite cherokees around. was wondering if you had any pictures or a write up of how you did your comp cut and dove tail? i want to cut the back hatch off, comp cut the rear, and dove tail the rear slightly. thanks!
My reply:
Definitely no writeup on it, although there is one in Mod Tech about a cut and fold that might interest you. Basically I spent a lot of time with the angle grinder, welder, and tube bender.

Hope that helps.

:D

Man I'm all for helping people, but there sure isn't going to be a writeup or a walk through for something like that.

You win. That was funny.
I didn't actually write that back.

Honestly questions like that tend to just expire in my inbox without reply.

Lol.
I wrote mine back.

There has been very few that I don't respond to; if I do they are usually one liners like I posted. Solely because it is easier to delete just that one PM than the 3 more they send with "Did you get my last PM? I saw you logged online and posted."

Snow Wednesday? This better not be strike 3 of 3 for storms in my area.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

The 5 or 6 PM copies of that gas tank swap question I already answered half a dozen times in different threads got left to die too :twak:

I wonder why he thought harassing me and annoying the shit out of me was the way to get an answer.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

aaaaah i'm bored. i'm in the yard today doing BS "trainee data sheets" that i'm way behind at work, and i'm already about to bash my head on the desk and i've only been doing it an hour.

at least i get to work on my project jeep again tonight, might be able to yank out the drivetrain if i can get a second set of hands!

1st day of classes of my last semester of undergrad. (No plans for grad unless a company hires me and decides to pay for it).

Easy classes today, no classes tomorrow, and then I have a 4 day weekend.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

WTF? So last night my laptop battery was getting low so I put it to sleep and brought it upstairs like usual and plugged it in and went to bed. Now this morning it says "plugged in, not charging" and still only has 9% power left. What give battery, why dont you wanna charge?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

If I disconnect my power cord from my laptop with full battery, I have less than 5 mins before it dies.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

:roflmao: Tim just told my mom that she can shift her explorer into 4wd by bashing on the shift motor with a can of soup. I love facebook.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Restart the computer, check the charger, check the connection on the battery, try a different battery. My laptop is the same as yours so we can swap batteries to see if yours is the problem if none of those things solve the problem.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I haven't been to Provincetown in quite a while. It was fun, but I suspect it will be another long while till we go again.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

P-town ain't too bad in the summer time with all the shopping, sun, and stuff to see. I haven't been there in like 5 years, don't really have plans on going back either.

How was driving down suicide alley?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

We went for my cousin's wedding, it was a fun time. Jenn and I ate lunch in town at The Purple Feather before the ceremony. Other than that, we spent no time in town.

Perhaps I'm not familiar with that term. Do you mean rt 6 or Commercial St.? Rt 6 had very light traffic both coming and going, thankfully. P-town to the bridge took about an hour and a half.

Never been, never wanted to.
My vacations always end up in the same location away from TV, internet, phone service and civilization. Perfect.
