hey all you jeepaholics i will be moving out of my house within the next month or so, and i will be moving out in style, AKA: having the biggest XXXXing party you every heard of.
I'm still trying to figure out a date but i was thinking If you guys want i can do it on Friday Jan 21st, M & G on the 22nd, and that carry it over for a 2nd night of partying

I probably won't have time or won't show up till like 8 when everyone is already hammerfaced. I need time whenever I can get it.

Speaking of which, roof isn't waterproof yet, but it is getting damn close. Just needs shingles on one third, and tarpaper and shingles on another. The other third I may leave the hell alone till spring, or if we get another bit of nice weather rip it all off and redo it in one weekend, since it has a porch under it I can get plywood started on it easily and I'm getting real good at this shit now.

I walked into the house today after the rain and my living room had no water on the walls and windows. It was awesome, progress has been made. I probably could have slept there comfortably the last few days.

How many square do you have to get on yet?

Dunno exact numbers, but all the shingles still have to go on. It is waterproof in areas because the tarpaper is down. It is approx 20 to 22 square total, around 14 to 16 on the sides I am working on presently. The only complicated thing on the side I have been leaving alone (because it is still keeping water out, so I had higher priorities) is the chimney, and I am debating replacing it with one of those steel and ceramic/fiberglas chimneys to save time, since it will only have a water heater on it soon.

Another few hours and the whole back of the house will be ready for shingles.

If it was a straight run, I would say a weekend tops with 2-3 people, but your roof has a lot of cutting on it
