I gotta nice clunking coming from the front end when my front tires slide on the snow. Hoping its just the locker and its "normal"

yeah thats the locker, just becareful though i spit a ujoint cap doing that on black ice(granted it was a bad ujoint to start with)

In my hair, etc. Just got done changing the lube in mmy 8.25... its a 27 spline so no welding, don't have spare 27spline shafts yet

i threw out like 4 of em last summer, stil got a couple of 29 spliners in the basement

Turns out I don't know what chewed up spider gears sound like... but I do know what a badlt stretched 231 chain sounds like. Apparently even though I filled it back up after the trip that blew the output seal (and kept it reasonably full after that) the drive home from that run killed it.

Oh well, 2 more in storage that no one wants to buy anyways...

its really awsome, rip ebrake and nail gas=mad drifts, if your real good you wont even need ebrake

No e brake needed btw

I did notice a difference with the way it handled, especially launching.
I like!

Such BS. It was snowing before, but not nearly enough to be 5", and now its been faulking raining outside for a while. It wasn't even a fun drive.

used very little ebrake, not having the snow tires on the jeep helped alot with the drifting also got mad revlimiter in 4 low goin up a nice hillarty:

I'm doing the same thing right now.

We have about 10 or so inches right now,I just got back from going for a ride in the storm and it was awesome, Dominated snowbanks, I even pulled a chevy 2500 out of a snow bank. I was worried about my tires in the snow but no more. Anyone hitting up the Mighty Mighty Bosstones hometown throwdown tommorow?
