You bring up a good point. The Southeastern MA crew has you on an undeserved pedestal. Everyone who talks about doing things but doesn't follow through gets chastised. You often talk about how much dick you suck when in fact you suck none. Be a man and live up to your word.

Couldn't decide? Haha...

I used the unsalted ones, figuring I can always add more salt later if it needs it.

I also used a butt-ton more black pepper I think. 1/3rd of a teaspoon is like a tiny sprinkle.

I quit trying to measure the spices, and at this point I just know how long to shake each one, and what to change to get the taste I'm looking for. Gotta hold back some secrets, right? :D

Also, a mcmansion does not interest me in the least.

My ideal house: 100+ acres of land on the east side of a mountain range, house dug into the side. Bigass garage, with an electronics lab, machine shop, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom attached.

Oh... and an ammunition bunker dug into the ground about 100 yards away.

Nor does Wendy's chili interest me. In fact, as good as the rest of Wendy's stuff is, their chili is a touch below mediocre at best. Just boring. Maybe the least interesting of any pre-made chili you can buy anywhere. :D

I have blueprints drawn for a house I'd like to build on Lake Tahoe someday. Nevada side preferably. It's gonna require a piece of land with a decent grade to it as I want the garage under the house, with an elevated deck off the back. The garage is 2-door and 2-deep (4 car total). Basically a finished basement with a garage area. I've walked through this house so many times in my head that it might as well exist already.

I know the feeling. Eventually I will build up enough cash to build from scratch, I plan on living in this place for a maximum of 5 years. I am slapping a 150k pricetag on it the moment I finish it. really though, I would sell for 100... and buy 50k worth of land and repeat the process.

It is also likely I will own a full contiguous acre by the end of next year, after my discussion last week with some city employees.

No I couldn't. Haha. That ratio seemed good, I haven't added any salt and I don't think I need to.

I didn't want the pepper to be to overpowering. Right now the chili and bacon flavors are present and thats what I was shooting for.

I haven't held anything back, but I would like to try touching it with a little whiskey... oh wait. :o

Wendy's chili never did anything for me either.

Don't start talking about houses... I've got to many ideas already planned/figured out all I need now it money and land.

houses? i need a something the size of a barn.

basically a 6 car garage with a separate living space on top. one bedroom, a kitchen-area place, and a place for a big ass tv.

I've been putting about 4 oz of Yuengling in mine. :)

This one (#3) is the best yet, and it's only been on for about an hour and a half. I barely added anything just now. Once the peppers soften up it'll be amazing.
