Just sampled a little bit of the chili. Needs to cook longer to soften up the peppers, but it's definitely a good start.
I think the 'body' is a little thin, but probably just because I used generic diced tomatoes and sauce. Might add some more spices to compensate. It's real easy to cross that 'too much' line though...

god dammit.
i cant imagine breaking a 35 spline alloyed 60 on 35's though (not a steering axle)
ill just run samurai u joints. thatll work
too much work to me to rebuild the cv. if its tight and turns smooth i rock it. if the u joint on the axle is shot or even feels funny i replace it.

And it's impossible to take the spices back out after haha. What other things could you add to thicken it up?

Just gotta leave it uncovered in the slow cooker to evaporate some of the water out. The slow cooker on 'low' is about 200 degrees, on 'high' it's about 300.
Just tried it again after modifying the spices - added a little more of everything in the same ratio - and it's much better. The cumin is what I'm most worried about.

Damn those hub holes!! Now that you say it, I think my rollers are 2 3/4T and 2 1T since one pair of them wouldnt fit one of the axles when we got the 78 HP60/70 combo.

3/4 wheels wil kinda fit frt 60 hubs, when tightened down they will sit 1/4"ish from the hub
