THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

GHEY.

Got the wrong factory adapter housing seal from WildHorses4x4.

Advance has the right one in stock up the street from me. Dunno why the hell they would stock a double lip seal for a t-case out of a 66-72 Bronco but I'm not complaining.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

bill, chris, ross, if i put my angle finder on my lower c to figure caste what should i be looking to get? right now its tilted back 1 degree

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

If it's strictly a trail rig, I would aim for pinion angle over caster.

But I've HEARD of people going for anywhere from 3-6*. I have no personal experience to back that up.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

shortened the wheelbase half a inch and it looks like it will fix the possible clearence issue

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I'd trade a half inch of wheelbase for steering clearance any day.

I cut my rear floor out with Adam tonight. I'm sort of in need of some 2x4 and 3x3x0.188 angle iron.

Keith: yes.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

That's what I figured. Rob's shoe-goo method lasted the ride to FC and that was it. The rearI'm welding that shit to the axle tubes because those self tappers to the frame sucked balls.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

you must of did somthin wrong, i never had a issue

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Eh whatever. I'll take the time to mock up a front truss at the same time for the the hell of it. It's not like I wheel much anyways so the down time doesnt mean jack.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

that jeep had floors?
that jeep has excellent floors except for the driver's side front. It really was only the rockers and rear unibody area that was no good.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Just finished a monster guitar practice session. Oof.

This is one of the songs I run through for practice...recorded this in late 2007 maybe. If anyone cares.

That's pretty sweet, I checked in earlier tonight and I have listened to it (and enjoyed it) more than once

Mine does now :D Sorry, in my opinon thats one of the biggest fixes I coudl do to my Jeep... though 2 days ago I found that my door is leaking and causing indoor puddles leading to more rust in my new floors... so i drilled a few holes to fix it and called it a day

I wish most of my floors were nice.replacing all of the floors sucked. but if anyone needs help i know what I am doing now so I can stop by with my welder and maybe double the "floor replacement" progress rate

Pretty sweet!
I have no musically ability.
x3... I can kinda whistle, tone deaf as hell though

probably fits something less archaic I guess. App list?

Is the general consensus to drill and tap the coil buckets when doing hockey puck bumps?
I'm gonna weld a nut down on my future superturdy, faster and easier than tapping and I don't like how thin the metal sheets are there

Spent the evening adjusting valves on a 454. Hydraulic lifters, roller rockers, etc.

What a damn chore that is.
I gotta adjust the valves on the m54 still... not looking forward to it

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Just found out that a group of people I graduated with that all hung out with eachother are all getting married. They six of them are having a combined wedding... Fawking tards.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

It feels like it's time to work on the jeep.
