Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

yeah, what I *really* want is 40" creepys, but the cheapest I've found them is $571/ea and I'm sorry but I just can't get myself to drop over $2000 for a set of 4 tires :(

40s are overrated.

My 38.5 x 14.5 maxxis creepies have been working really well for over a year and a half now. $350 each shipped, if you're cool with the DOT compound and not stickies. And they measure pretty true to 38.5, which is about as big as a 39.5 Irok.

Go on Ebay and search for them, find the store called YourNextTire.com. They've been great to work with for 'em.

I love Seasme St.

Yep.

that would be great and I've got nothing against running a 38.5, but tell the dumb maxxis people to offer it with a 17" wheel instead of just 16s.... I like my H2s :) it's not a big deal yet anyhow... before I worry about my next tires I need a cage, hydro assist, and front axle shafts.

speaking of hydro assist chris, what exactly are you running now? I remember you said drillng thePS pump fitting to 3/16" worked good. what are you running for lines/fittings and what size ram?

rockwells require a sorta large tire.
47" LTB or go home

I heard about this. I now understand why. I have never liked Sesame St. so much in my life as compared to this moment right now.

I was experimenting with pushing and pulling last night with my mig welder. I've never been able to get a good weld pulling before, mostly because I tried once a long time ago and had poopy results. Last nights welds were purty nice, I must admit.

Edit: Ken, If tonight is going to be a little on the hectic side for you, we can postpone till next week. I do have a few other things I should get done tonight instead...
