I didn't realize it till I put my bike up on my race stand and put it in gear.

I figured that out pretty quick since I bought my bike with a busted speedo cable and had to replace it ASAP (it was much easier to go fast on the "new" bike compared to the XT and figured it would be good to know how fast I was actually going )

I always figured the rattle was caused by it being low on blinker fluid, it makes the disgronificator pump cavitate and you'll have to fill the blinker fluid reservoir back up and then bleed the turn pipes.

You make it sound like that would be a problem?

First things first, get me a Quadzilla Adrenaline (4k version obviously), Southbend dual disc clutch with 1 3/8" input shaft upgrade, 150 injectors, ARP head studs and gasket, and we'll go from there.

What was your budget again?

Hopefully the guy who does on site mortgages pre-approvals is in this Thurs. I think it's about time to find out how much I can get approved for. Then I might actually make the jump and buy a house :shocked:

more or less. I'm fixing Mia's car this week (don't ever volunteer to do an intake manifold gasket on an altima) and next week I'll get driveshafts taken care of, then I ought to be good to go.

It took me 45 mins to find the oil filter on an altima. No way in hell I'd offer to do that.

an altima has non driven wheels, as such I am entirely uninterested in anything under the hood.

seriously? I'm not THAT bad :laugh:

But yeah... the manifold is ridiculously difficult to get to. If this ever needs to be done again (altimas have this gasket go alot apparently) I swear to god I'll splooge some RTV on there so it'll idle nice for a little bit til it burns off, make her sell it, and have her buy a Jeep so I don't mind working on it if anything is ever needed haha
