Anyone else need one of those goofy little rubber exhaust hangar isolators for the 95-down XJ, they go into a bracket at the crossmember? Just ordered a handful because it seemed silly to only order 1 from morris 4x4, figure I'll end up using them eventually.

I cut mine off and replaced it with a different hanger that is not attached to anything x-member related. :thumbup: otherwise I might have taken you up on that since mine went bad a while ago and was pissing me off.

And I think tonight I get to flash a custom ROM to my cell phone. The thing is starting to get laggy ever since I installed the latest OS (I think because they tried to add a bunch of unnecessary features that slow it down). Hopefully I don't brick the phone, and if all goes as planned maybe I will spend a while cooking up my own ROM one of these days.. been a while since I did that.

I got a cheap walmart coleman one (~$20) and it's worked awesome for me for a long time. I don't see any need to "invest" in a $60 one. FWIW

i didn't plan on spending more than $30. i'm going to get jenn whatever i get too i think. i want a bigger brighter one, but at the same time, there's nothing wrong with minimalism and i don't really need it to be super bright, just bright enough. when there's a full moon i don't even need a flashlight...

Half moon thingy, I think the oil from my rms leak has had a somewhat negative effect on the rubber, the exhaust is sagging onto the crossmember and making a racket when I accelerate. Since I'm doing a catback on it soon, figure I'll get it all done at once.

its actually really nice down here, i think it'll be a pretty sweet "office". i'll grab some pics soon of what its like. now i just need to find a few drinking buddies and wheeling buddies, and i'll be all set. everything is waaaay cheaper here than i'm used to ($2 drafts in bars is standard vs the $5 in boston, etc). there was another white cherokee parked in the yard today, on ~4" and 33s so i'll have to find out which equipment operators' it is, and try to get out wheeling.

i'll be working my ass off (like 90 hour weeks) doing 18 hour shifts, 5 shifts on, 1 shift off, 5 shifts on, 2 shifts off. so like 7 days on, 2 off, 7 on, 3/4 off. so i won't have much time to be on and shit, but oh well it'll be fun. i'll get to travel a LOT, already going to go to fort worth texas in about 3 weeks for a training class, for starters. if i play my cards right, i'll be getting a SICK company truck soon (around 9 months or so, when i "break out" and finish up being a trainee). one of the company trucks that was in the yard today was a pretty new Ram 2500 CTD double cab, all black, on mudders (not sure which variety, quick look). drooollllll

Ken, dont waste your time or money on adj lowers, get fixed lwers with some sort of flex joint on one end and adj uppers, as far as catbacks, i wouldnt recomend dynomax, my tailpipe is rusted already and the muffler has gotten alot louder, just get a tailpipe from autozone for 95 xj(96+ cost more for some reason) and a cheap super turbo(i like cherry bob super turbos)
