already browsing CL for stuff with large garages and whatnot. saw one with a 50x100 pole barn as well for like $1000 a month or somehting

Workin' on it... gotta call my lawyer. If things are looking good, I go to the bank for a very large cashier's check tomorrow and will be closing Friday. If (bet on this) it falls through I am shopping for the largest cardboard box I can find and perhaps a nice back alley to put it in.

OMG some asshole has an obnoxious alarm or something set on his phone a couple cubes down. He left his phone in the cube and left, now the alarm is going off indefinitely. I think this is the same guy who gets a call almost every morning and leaves his cube just in time for the call every day (and leaves his phone in the cube then too) and the person just keeps calling until he answers. People like that piss me off..

ARGH IT JUST TURNED OFF AND I THOUGHT IT WAS OVER... NOW IT STARTED OVER AGAIN!. Time to go down to my meeting early I guess

steps to solving this problem:
  1. walk over to his desk
  2. remove hammer from pocket
  3. hit phone until noise stops
  4. hit 2x more just for good measure
  5. return to your desk
or just pull his battery

Just take the battery out and leave it sitting there :dunno:

EDIT: I like the hammer idea too. You could also fill a mug with water/coffee/soda/whatever and drop the phone into it. Or ask him to remember to take his phone with him / put the damn thing on vibrate when at work.

Go with breaking the phone. But to add effect, make sure he's walking back to his cube as you're curb stomping the phone in the hallway. then smile at him and say "Hi, nice day today isn't it?" as you walk away.

Next time it happens, pick up the phone, and send a text to all his contacts somewhere along the lines that he is running off with his gay lover
the look on his face when he goes back and reviews his missed messages should be worth it
