Rob - rebuilt the JKS track bar you sold me today, everything was in fairly good shape internally, figured out why it wasn't taking grease also. The greasing hole in the side of the bolt shank doesn't line up with the slot/grease ports in the center ball. Can't decide whether drilling another hole is a really poor plan (and will be done) or a really REALLY poor plan (and won't be done.)

i wouldnt drill another hole just grease the shit out of it when you assemble it end leave it, i wouldnt risk weakening it by drilling another hole

blue jeep is in more pieces roff is off and frt fender are off,one more cut across the frt floor and cuttin will be done, hopefully will go to the scrap yard on sat

Yeah that's what I'm worried about... I put a metric ****load of grease in it while assembling it because it wasn't going together very easily without grease.

I don't recall how far off it is though, gonna see if maybe putting the bolt in from the top instead of the bottom will make the port line up right.

the UJ run today was absolute carnage! nobody made it out unscathed. mike went home on a flatbed from ripping out his spring hanger from the frame. joe bent the shit out of his a pillar, quarter panels, broken glass, etc. i managed to rip out both side mirrors (right through the sheet metal) and exploded my driver axle shaft in the span of 30 yards. uh.... i'm not even remembering. pics to come though!

Yeah. I saw one going south on 93 between 24 and Boston at some point or another. Did a double take (did not nearly crash) then realized it had stock wheels/tires/suspension on it.
