THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I have eaten 2 dbl bacon cheese burgers on a weekly basis for the last month because I don't feel like driving or bring lunch from home while at school on thursday. So take that you giant freak people!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

:puke: I like a burger and RARELY I will crave a fast food one... but I can only eat like one maybe 2 regular size burgers. Personal favorite from college on my occasional visit was the rodeo cheeseburger. That thing was quite awesome. For years (from late freshman year of college until late Jr year) fast food made me sick every time I ate it. No clue why, though I assume it was since myself and 3 friends all got violently ill the day after a late night mcdonalds run.

You want a caloric intake from heaven go to Emmas and get the fried chicken sink sandwich. idk if I mentioned it on here. But it must have been 9" tall, had a fried chicken patty, cheese, bacon, some type of sauce, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, lettuce, tomato, and maybe some other stuff, all with a side of fries. THAT was a good sandwich  Esp with a glass of PBR. I never would have thought it would all go together so well but the mozz sticks actually complimented the chicken very well, and the bacon wasn't "barely noticeable" like it is on some sandwiches, you could def tell it was there... and the rest just tied everything together.

XXXXing dickwads made me go through my FSM for my truck. I'm going to assume all the WJ stuff is the exact same setup as my truck (which I'd be surprised if it wasn't).
There is one of your problems, you are assuming sh*t is the same.

There's the CTM (Central Timer Module) located under the dash that controls a lot of the interior accessories, so you were right there. There is a positive feed to the control module sent through a fuse and relay from the battery (not sure what pin on the WJ).

The module receives input from the temp sensors, and sends the battery power to the heating element depending on which switch is pressed and at what temperature the elements are currently at.

So it looks like all you need is the CTM. If you don't have that, then I wouldn't even bother hooking it up.

OMG, you are the biggest retard I know, this is EXACTLY what I said.

You could also probably manual wire in the ZJ stuff.

Why do you need the heated seat portion anyway? I say eff it.
I'm sorry I'm not mr. "ugh I don't need this, I don't need that, all you need is this basic bare bones thing. That is just unnecessary." I'm sorry I like little details, and I like having sweet options like heated seats. If the seats come with them, then why wouldn't I wire them in?

i think you already know everything about every single cherokee on the face of the earth considering that you've read and replied to nearly every thread no naxja.
Hahaha, that is true.

I'd say screw it or get ZJ seats as they're easier.

I survived the winter without heated seats, not really a big deal.
No, why? I want WJ seats, Adam has already put a deposit down for them, and would have picked them up if the yard wasn't retarded. I like WJ seats better than ZJ seats.

i'd hook it up. i like heated seats, especially when it's cold. (DUH!)
X2.

How much were the summit ones if you dont mind my asking? I actually kinda like my 'big red' autozone ones, actually look similar to the summit one. then again that may be due to the fact that I am used to using sh*tty old rusty ones from my buddy's yard.

It's all I have to go on. Considering they're both made by CHRYSLER I think that's a halfway decent assumption.

I know, I acknowledged that.

Because everything you touch breaks.

Should have done your research beforehand. WTH is so cool about WJ seats? From what I've seen, they're the same as ZJs.

Simplicity > Unneccessary extra crap

I don't get why you would buy them without having sat in them first either, unless they were really cheap.

now there $35 i belive they were a lil cheaper when i bought em a couple years ago

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

so speaking of WJ parts, you want that controller and where is it? I will pull it and throw it in my backpack of awesome goodies tomorrow at the all you can carry. I know they have an '02 WJ so chances are it will have that controller.

Mind you I am making a broad assumption that all WJs had the same controller and it was just a matter of which 'features' were plugged into it... but it's an all you can carry... so I dont mind throwing a few extra things in my bag even if they don't work.

Damn, not bad, whats the height range and weight capacity if you remember? If they are as large as my 'big red' ones I will be buying a set of those before I swap out my axles (whenever that happens). I got the ones from autozone for like $50 I think but they were the biggest ones available. Would have ordered online but I needed them immediately.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

hey scott, if you find a 91-96 cluster with tach & gauges with 131k on it, ill knock some money off your metal order or give you some extra :D

I have a 96 I can make say 131k for you. I'm quite sure that's legal to do if you're just matching the new cluster's reading to the old cluster.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i wanna be cool and have the correct miles. i wonder what it would take to turn them back.....

ps Rob- my buddy's buddy ended up buying the truck from the guy that had the axles. my buddy said the guy sold them with the truck but the axles are stuck in the backyard. i told him he doesnt want the rear axle and that it wont work for him, im fairly certain he'll just give it to me, it might take a case or two of beer to convince him though

same specs as mine. If I thought ahead of time that, ya know, I might need jack stands to swap out an axle... well I could have saved myself some $$. Oh well, life goes on. I will order those next time around.

edit: YOU ALL HAVE TO STOP OFFERING ROSS PARTS!!! :D I want to save money on my steel.
