So just when I get doing all the stupid brake lines and just when I think I'm actually going to get finished on my Jeep, I go to bleed the system and one of the stupid f*cking bleeder valves on those stupid f*cking drum brakes snaps in half.

Too damn late to keep working on it, I have to get back up to Boston.

I can't wait for TUESDAY!

Just got inside from the garage. Dana 20 wasn't shifting but I was going to put it in anyway. It was stuck in 4low, but that's all I need right? AMIRIGHT? Well anyway I moved the gears back and forth by hand a few times and now they move nicey nice. When it's all filled with gear oil I'm sure it'll be even better. I checked and the little ball thingy is already removed so I have true twin stick operation. ALSO I'm in touch with a guy that might have the input gear I need to go to a dana 18.

You can all be jealous

You just suck at bleeding brakes, its been proven before on the TJ. Did you get to look at drunk chicks this time?

That or he sucks at checking to see if the bleeders are frozen or not before doing brake work. Perhaps he also sucks at changing wheel cylinders because between driving to autozone and installing one only sets you back one hour:firedevil

Which side? I have a spare wheel cylinder you can have.

For the 9" brakes the wheel cylinders are the same regardless of size. The 10" brakes on the D44s are side dependent.

No, thats the worst part, I didn't get to look at any drunk chicks, or have any drunk guys come up and sit on the rock with us.

And I'm not the one who stepped on the brakes to bleed them in the TJ, and blew the line again.

I don't know if you've seen me work, but everything I do takes 2x as long as everyone else. It will take more than an hour to get disassemble the brakes, remove the wheel cylinder, remove the wheel cylinder from the other set of brakes I have, put it all together, bleed the system, put the dash back together, put the rest of the car back together, then go break in the new rotors, let them cool...... etc.

Oh, Carmelo. The bleeder valve wasn't frozen, I actually had it open 2 weekends ago, I don't know what happened to it today.
