Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

looks like progress, carmelo

it needs to be 330 pronto.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i should have yesterday and didn't. no snow down here yet.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

just mist here.

Can't wait till 1700... don't even remember what I had planned, but it has to be better than being here. I should probably fill up the diff and crankcase on the MJ before driving down since it seems to like to mark its territory with those two more than anything else right now. Diff hasn't leaked much recently but I think it's because it's so low on fluid that it doesn't reach the bad seals.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

yeah but you'll still have a job come may, i won't. and i only work enough hours to get beer money for the week and not much more

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

So far my productivity level today has been... well, surprisingly high for the first half hour of work. Then remarkably low. Now slightly higher again with a 100% chance of low as soon as lunch rolls around.

Edit: At least the weather has stopped. I hope it doesn't start raining again. I grabbed an umbrella as I left the house today cause it was raining. Then by the time i got to work it was more ice/snow so I left the umbrella in the car. Knowing my luck it will start pouring this afternoon and I will regret being lazy and leaving the umbrella in the car.

Sunny in Keene, but mad cold
It was funny watching my thermometer in my OHC graudauly climb as I went down 89 from your place. It's atleast 10* warmer down here. I'm going to get some food in me and toss that shaft in so I have 4wd again.:guitar:

How big of a hole?

Adam soldered mine shut and it's still holding even after smashing that tree up at Johns.

badass, but pretty useless structural wise.

Sweet, bubble flare kit has been delivered. My other plans for the weekend aren't happening, so looks like I'll be home working on cars all weekend.

i dunno i havent taken it out yet. but i think its in the middle core. ill update when i get more info. i really have n idea why its leaking already tho. i have maybe 2 runs on it and thats it. and theres no damage to the grille where a stick would have hit it and its behind the bumper bar and some KC lights

ARGHASDHA

I have one master list of all drive serial numbers that I need to add some other info to.

I have several other spreadsheets with random portions of this "master S/N list" in them (I.e. one full list of all drives shipped to all test facilities, and one spreadsheet for each individual test facility). The individual facility sheets have more data, I need to pull some of the details from the individual sheets to the 'master sheet'.

I threw together a super simple VB script to do it. It's all working fine except for some reason the error handling isn't working right. The first time it doesn't find a S/N it does what it should and just skips it. The 2nd time it doesn't find a S/N it throws an error even though I told it to go to the errorhandling routine. argh. I wish I had some better VB classwork in college so I wasn't teaching myself now. Little things like this piss me off. And I am sure it's just that I am not properly initializing something or not clearing the error condition out.

And even better I just got an email and don't even have to do this anymore... someone else had a way to look the info up. Now I am just being stubborn and pissed and want to figure it out for my own sake (not to mention something like this may be needed next wk or next month so I would rather have it done and ready since I have some free time now)

and with that I </rant>
