Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Hmmmm, I gotta install a new T-case sometime soon myself. Maybe this wkend will be the time to start hunting for a V8 ZJ front shaft.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

 Will keep an eye out for a MC, but chances are I won't be coming across anything.

And my boss just said he is taking one more walk around the offices/labs to look for the guy we sent the latest code release to (to make sure it loaded alright or see if he wanted to try and be sure it works). Then he said he thinks it's time to go home. Huzzah! :D

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Do I have to drain all the fluid out of the tranny or what should I do? Can I just drain the t-case and put a catch pan under it while I'm unbolting the whole thing?
with the 2 cases ive pulled ive never had any fluid come out of the trans

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

So on that note no more house.

Apparently that house I was going to look at has a concrete block foundation which needs repair. Approx cost to repair foundation $20k-$30k.

Damn
or you hire me and we bust that shit out in a few weekends (well not really a few.) Rent a small backhoe, dig away from foundation, get a bunch of hydro jacks, hoist it off the foundation one wall at a time and rebuild.

Just a little more stuff to do and I might even get out of here early today... and then it's RIPPING APART SUSPENSION TIME!

Thanks. I might steal the one off my friend's KLR650 that's sitting in his yard, but I'd feel bad and would want to replace it... I'll probably just order the stupid rebuild kit tonight off ebay. I'm just worried they'll mess it up and I'll get the wrong one. Worth a shot though I suppose

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

"watching a powerpoint" you mean surfing NAXJA, checking your email, and planning what you're going to do to your jeep(s)?

I know the feeling.

I think I have about 20 minutes more of excel hell and then I'm dooooone
