wow, that property doesn't look to bad at all.

I wish I could find a deal like that around this area. Did you shop through an agent and have them pull up all listings for you or did you just use some online search (something like Ziprealty) to find the properties?

Plus I don't think 'mom, you could just order me a 20 ft length of 2"x6"x3/16" steel for the Jeep' would go over too well.

Rossy Ross are you just bringing your Dad's truck or are you trailering up there? I need to get my J20 to the middle of NH and would gladly pay the fuel+ if you were interested.

I was gunna take red jeep, but let me know where in NH it is and ill see how much outta the way it is. this might also require you to join in the ride.

I use ziprealty and ziprealty only, except back when I was shopping in NH. Also, it's only a deal till you realize you can't get a fricken loan on it :smsoap: If I could come up with another 30 grand in cash I'd make a 45k cash offer and probably take it, but I haven't found a money tree yet so that isn't happening.

The place hasn't even had the copper stolen! Christ, that's the first time I've seen that so far.

If I could find something like that and not get a loan I bet my father would penny up from his retirement savings and give me a 30k-40k loan then just tell me to take care of him when he gets old and senile. :roflmao: I really gotta talk to my agent again; I had him off digging up a few houses for me and the last I heard his MLS system wasn't showing any properties that I listed to him (even though I could find them and they were still on the market). Maybe I should start searching up north of work rather than just south of work. Might be a couple more deals up that way. Then again I still think the economy is going to take another hit so I may just sit where I am for a bit longer incase my job gets thrown on the cutting block... I still feel like there is a chance of that... maybe it's just my nerves, I hope so.

MapQuest puts the Toyo's like 4 and a half hours away, ugh. I guess roadtrips are fun though, depends on the company

pass on them, wait till you gan get some nice 17's, and peaple wondering about fitting tires in the back of a xj, i fit 4 33's and 4 35's in the back of the blue jeep it was not a fun ride

I wasn't a huge fan of moose meat unless maybe I just got a bad cut :dunno:. But wild boar is delicious. As is alligator gumbo. And sweet and sour squirrel. or smoked venison (or venison jerky). Or bear stew. Damnit people you're getting me hungry.

Anyway, I will be having grilled ribs and kielbasa soon enough. But with that said... back to work.

And I really wish I had some sweet and sour squirrel to snack on right now...

I need to find some direction with my mj buid.
As of right now, i have stock tires,stock everything in fact.

I have most of what i need for the build, but im getting antsy and need to accomplish something.
should i just throw the rock rails,sliders,skids,and front hitch reciever on and wait to lift?

-OR-

should i lift+armor+skid and pimp the stocker rubber for now?
