THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I don't need the lever itself as much as all the parts that attach it the case. The ones I had for someones d300 were lost and now I can't put there lever back on. Hoping to convince to twin stick.
ok. i'll take the whole thing off, lever included. i'll be twin sticking mine with cables.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i dont see the point in rear stiffys (yet)

it doesnt get mangled by rocks
it doesn't have a steering box fighting a trackbar all the damn time

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

aint we special, ill try my way, i hope it works
Why thank you I try.

sometimes water contaminates my headlight fluid

to prevent this i drill a small hole where the headlight fluid level should be

luckily headlight fluid is heavier than water so only it leaks out.

doesn't work well when off camber though

Try a sealed beam.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Thanks Anthony, let me know what you want for it.

I just talked to a kid who has 12" wide rims on his jeep and he's running 33/12.5/15s.
Just a bit wide.

k. i will try to pull it tonight...

that is indeed wide.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Cool thanks.

I just sold him a set of 10" wide rims nobody wanted to tighten it up alittle. Everybody wants that wide look on the reg. Jeeps but 1" past the flare on an XJ and your getting spanked.

I'm more concerned with plating the spring/shackle mounts.

the HD ones are nice and all, but the only problem with them is that they only plate one plane on the rear rails just like their front ones. IMHo the biggest advantage of the rear ones are to provide solid shackle mount areas and such. My rears will be the outside and bottom of the rails and have the shackle relocation mounts built right into them.

any words of wisdom for getting a frozen spindle off?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

the axle is laying on my garage floor, but perhaps i will try smashing on it from the inside.
tree -> chain -> axle -> mount a rim to the spindle -> chain through the holes in the rim -> danger ranger

You need to take pictures of it too!
