real cupholders. 97+ ftw. Other than that I don't give a shit either way at all. But the console totally wins me over, GOD I love having real cupholders.

If they removed that.... statue of liberty type "brush guard" thing and hacked off the tail light protection then I suppose it wouldn't be THAT bad.

But even at that, there are far better bumpers out there... like the stock one.


Edit: I just looked at the link again... nope, even with that giant scoop thing hacked off it would be hideous.

i forgot about that part, there definetly awsome other then that the interior on the newer rigs sucks, everything is in the wrong place, i like the older rigs, simply because shits simpler

I hate power accesories too. Too many things to go wrong and way too many wires to unplug to take the doors off.

I like power accessories when they work. My altima pisses me off and makes me hate them though. (like when Nissan tells me they have to REPROGRAM my window so it works right.... WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PROGRAM A WINDOW IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!?!)

I liked getting in my Jeep again for the drive out to Sturbridge for the UJ party. Guess what.. it had been close to 2 years since I used them and.. the windows still worked :shocked: (last time I drove the Jeep before that was May of 08... so I was just about exactly 4 months shy of 2 years)

On the note of random crap I have: Does anyone on here collect stamps and know what may be worth selling? I have a ton of stamps I got at some point in my life, really don't remember when. Some of them may actually be worth something. Most of them I am sure are worth nothing. Would be curious if anyone actually has a hobby like that who would want to take a look through them for/with me and let me know if anything is worth selling. Then again for all i know those got lost in the shuffle too. :banghead:

I used to collect stamps, I haven't seen the collection for like ten years though and I've got plenty of hobbies right now, don't need more. All you jackasses talking about model trains though are making me wish I had space for a setup :doh:

Dunno but you can swap the whole doors, at least the early 97 ones with the same hinges, pretty easily. The arm rest on the 97+ panels will interfere with opening the pre-97 glove box though, and stupid crap like that. I got the only 97+ door thing I like (except for the larger 1piece glass I guess) just by installing 97+ mirrors.

I dunno I think it'd grow on me, but yeah right now I could do without it. I still like the header panel and fender design from the pre-97 too.

on that note... why am I still awake?

I have a 4'x8' table, pics in the NAC classifieds, willing to let it go cheap :D

FWIW the legs come off the table very easily so it is much easier to move.. and I would be willing to assist in making a "cover" so you could put something over the table I have and use it as a work bench... That was my plan.. set it up again and cover it for a work bench when I wasn't using it for train... then I figured selling it and going 100% work bench would be better since I don't have enough time for more than one hobby due to work hours :laugh:

i'm very not focussed right now. it also doesn't help that i'm not sure what to do (in terms of work) right now.
